Capacity counts distinct stored connections, not provider brands or repeated bindings across projects.
Connection slots: 1/Project slots: one per project
Active projects use project slots; undeleted connections use connection slots. Archiving a project releases its slot while keeping connections and history.
Security is included in every plan.
Every plan includes credential encryption, data isolation, and key redaction. We help monitor and organize balances; we do not top up accounts or spend provider balances.

Before you subscribe
What counts as a distinct connection?
A connection is a provider configuration stored in an account, not a provider brand or a project binding. Reusing one connection across projects counts once; separate connections to the same provider count separately. Pending, invalid, disabled, and unbound connections still use a slot. Deleting a connection releases it.
Does archiving a project free up capacity?
Yes, it releases a project slot. Sync and alerts stop for that project, while connections and history remain. You can restore it when capacity allows. Archiving does not delete its provider connections or release connection slots.
Do the four plans have different monitoring features?
Free, Basic, Pro, and Growth share the same core monitoring and security features. They differ in project and connection limits. Basic includes full balance monitoring; encryption, workspace isolation, API, and MCP access are not reserved for higher-priced plans. Paid plans do not promise faster refreshes.
Do subscription fees include model usage?
No. These are QuotaMonitor service fees in USD, billed per account. Model usage, provider top-ups, and other cloud costs are paid directly to the provider. We do not deduct fees from provider balances. Each account has one shared project and connection allowance.
How does annual billing work?
Pay upfront for 12 months at the price of 10 monthly payments, saving about 16.7%. The main price is the actual annual charge. The monthly equivalent is for comparison, not a monthly charge. Project and connection limits match the monthly plan and are not multiplied by 12. Monthly billing remains available, and existing subscriptions do not switch automatically.
Can I buy a paid plan now?
Yes. Sign in with a verified email, choose a plan and billing interval, then complete payment on Waffo's secure checkout. Manage your subscription from the dashboard. Taxes and the final amount are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; cancellation keeps your confirmed paid period available.
Will my data be deleted if I stop subscribing?
Expiry does not automatically delete projects, connections, or history. The current Free plan allows 1 project and 2 connections; existing subscriptions retain their plan version. Grace periods and monitoring retention rules will be explained before limits are enforced. Check your dashboard for your actual limits and enforcement status.
