Scope
Quota Monitor is operated by Erdeni, an individual trading as QuotaMonitor Studio, providing AI and cloud provider quota monitoring worldwide. These terms govern your use of quotamonitor.com, its dashboard, and associated API and MCP services.
Read these terms before creating an account, connecting a provider, or purchasing services. See the Privacy Policy for personal information handling and Section 7 for cancellation and refunds. Actions requiring acceptance or payment authorization follow the explicit confirmation process on the relevant page.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into and perform these terms. If acting for an organization, obtain its authorization. Do not submit another person’s account, credentials, or data without permission.
Services and amount definitions
We query amounts and status from your selected providers according to your projects, connections, and monitoring configuration, displaying the latest results, history, and alerts. Public API and MCP capabilities are available within your authorization.
Amounts may represent account balances, available funds, prepaid credits, incurred costs, or remaining internal budgets. Internal budget remaining is not a provider wallet balance, and cloud credits may not apply to every service. Review currency, observation time, amount descriptions, and the provider guides.
Provider update cycles, endpoint availability, permissions, networks, and sync intervals can cause delays, missing data, or differences from final bills. Trends and estimated runway are estimates. Monitoring cannot guarantee prevention of arrears, exhausted balances, service interruption, or business losses. Use provider consoles and your own monitoring for important decisions.
Subscription fees purchase account monitoring entitlements for the agreed period, not provider top-ups, model usage, AI tokens, or withdrawable funds. Provider charges, top-ups, and refunds are handled by the provider. Monitoring does not top up accounts, spend their balances, change payment methods, or submit model inference requests.
Notification channels, guaranteed refresh frequencies, financial reconciliation, or availability guarantees that are not expressly offered are not plan commitments.
Review the provider setup guides for each integration’s scope.
Accounts, workspaces, and acceptable use
Use an accessible email address, protect your email, login credentials, and API tokens, and promptly report suspected misuse. Workspace roles determine data access and operations. Manage members, roles, and client authorizations carefully.
Normal personal and organizational monitoring through the public API, MCP, and product interface is permitted. Do not use stolen credentials, access other workspaces without authorization, bypass security controls, create malicious traffic, or resell the service without permission.
We may apply reasonable rate limits, concurrency limits, and retry policies to protect service stability and comply with provider requirements. Rate limiting does not automatically create additional fees, and paid plans remain subject to reasonable security limits.
Credential authorization and protection
Submitting credentials authorizes us to store and use them as needed for the selected monitoring, verification, and synchronization features. Follow provider rules and use dedicated, minimally privileged credentials. Some management tokens or keys can do more than query balances; our use does not reduce their actual provider-side permissions.
Credentials are submitted over protected transport and stored encrypted. Sync services decrypt them to authenticate or sign requests. Saved complete credentials are not exposed through ordinary read APIs to browsers, API clients, or MCP clients. Do not paste them into chat, project descriptions, or support email.
You may rotate, remove, or delete connections. Removing a connection from a project retains the hosted credentials. Deleting a provider connection requires removing project references and clears credential fields from the business database. See data retention for history and backups. Deletion here does not revoke provider-side keys; revoke or rotate them at the provider if exposure is suspected.
Third parties and client authorization
An authorized MCP or other client may read data or perform operations within its approved workspace and scopes. Some grants permit offline access. Read the authorization screen and connect only clients you trust.
Third parties handle received data under their own rules. Revocation stops future access but does not guarantee deletion of copies already retained. Provider API changes, account restrictions, or revoked access may affect monitoring; identified connection problems are reflected in the product.
Plans, payment, and automatic renewal
Plans are provided per account. Prices, billing periods, and project and connection limits appear on Pricing and in the confirmed order. Projects and independent connections belonging to your account share one allowance; resources you are invited to access in other accounts do not consume it. One connection reused across projects counts once; separately saved connections count separately. Free access and complimentary grants without payment authorization do not automatically become paid on expiry.
For Waffo Pancake orders, the Waffo selling entity identified at checkout acts as Merchant of Record, handling payment, transaction taxes, receipts, and refunds. We remain responsible for product delivery, activation, and technical support and assist with transaction requests. The Waffo Buyer Terms also apply. Billing period, price, applicable tax, payment currency, and the final amount are disclosed before purchase.
Monthly and annual plans are paid at the start of each service period and automatically renew after your explicit authorization until canceled. Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year; the monthly equivalent is a comparison, not a monthly charge. Renewal authorization is confirmed separately from general terms acceptance. Renewal dates, amounts, and cancellation deadlines follow the information disclosed before purchase and in subscription management.
Paid entitlements activate after the server confirms a valid payment and order. A successful page redirect is not final payment or activation confirmation. If charged without activation, contact support with your order number instead of purchasing again.
We will give advance notice of material price or plan changes. New payment authorization or legally required consent is obtained separately. A new catalog does not retroactively increase prices or reduce entitlements for a paid service period.
Cancellation, expiry, and refunds
This section is Quota Monitor’s cancellation and refund policy. Stopping renewal, requesting a refund, deleting your account, and revoking provider credentials are separate actions.
7.1 Stopping automatic renewal
Cancel through the management link supplied with your Waffo order. Contact support if it does not work. Under the applicable Waffo Buyer Terms, request cancellation at least 48 hours before the current billing period ends. Follow the rules, date, time, and timezone disclosed before purchase; a more favorable cancellation arrangement expressly offered for the order will apply.
After cancellation is confirmed, paid-period access normally continues and future renewal stops as confirmed. Closing checkout, removing a provider connection, signing out, or ceasing use does not cancel renewal. Keep the cancellation confirmation. Contact the order service or support promptly for issues near the billing time.
Canceling future renewal does not automatically refund completed payments. Completed charges follow the refund rules below.
7.2 Monitoring and data after expiry
Expiry or downgrade to Free does not itself delete projects, connections, or history. Limits, grace periods, and over-limit monitoring follow the rules disclosed in advance and shown in the dashboard. Monitoring beyond capacity may pause. Data follows the Privacy Policy.
7.3 Refund circumstances
- Duplicate or incorrect charges
- After verification, duplicate or incorrectly charged amounts are refunded and orders corrected where necessary.
- Paid entitlements not delivered
- We investigate and provide delivery or an appropriate refund without requiring another purchase to fix the issue.
- Core paid features unavailable due to us
- Refunds account for impact, the period of undelivered service, and applicable rules. With your acceptance, a service extension may be offered.
- Unauthorized payments or disputes
- Investigated through Waffo and necessary payment-security processes. Full card numbers or verification codes are not required.
- Other statutory or platform grounds
- Applicable withdrawal, refund, and defective-service remedies remain available.
Project or connection counts are not consumed points. A refund is not refused solely because a percentage of connection slots was used. Fraud or abuse is reviewed on specific evidence without affecting legitimate requests or non-excludable statutory rights.
Under the Waffo Buyer Terms applicable to the order, you may request a refund within 120 days of delivery. Eligibility to request does not guarantee approval. Applicable refund rules, transaction circumstances, and law determine the outcome. These terms do not shorten eligible request rights under law or platform rules.
This is an ongoing monitoring service. Signing in, creating a connection, or starting synchronization does not by itself waive all consumer withdrawal rights. Applicable protections follow the transaction and local requirements.
7.4 Requesting and processing refunds
Use the order's refund or support entry, or contact us with the payment email, order or transaction number, and a description. Never send provider credentials, email codes, full card numbers, or card security codes.
We verify requests and explain the result and any next steps. Approved refunds return through the payment chain to the original payment method. Processing and settlement times depend on Waffo confirmation and the payment institution.
You may contact us or Waffo first, but this does not restrict lawful complaints or disputes with banks, payment institutions, or competent authorities.
7.5 Effect on entitlements
A full refund with subscription cancellation ends the refunded period's paid entitlements at the effective time confirmed with the refund. A partial refund does not automatically terminate all entitlements; the confirmed resolution applies. Unrelated valid orders are unaffected.
Refunds, expiry, and canceled renewal do not delete an account or revoke provider keys. Address any remaining subscriptions, account data, and provider credentials separately.
Data, intellectual property, and product changes
You retain lawful rights to project information and other data you provide, granting us limited processing rights needed to provide, maintain, and protect the service. Hosting does not authorize unrelated uses.
Rights in the software, design, and brand belong to the respective rights holders. Provider brands belong to their owners. You may use monitoring results for normal business purposes, but may not impersonate us or providers or infringe others' rights.
We may fix, update, or discontinue adapters. Material changes affecting purchased core functionality receive a reasonable explanation and feasible resolution. Undelivered prepaid services follow Section 7 and applicable law; unilateral updates do not cancel existing obligations.
Suspension and termination
Clear security risks, unauthorized access, fraud, material breach, or legal requirements may justify proportionate restrictions or suspension. Where permitted and feasible, we explain the reason and provide an appeal channel. Urgent protective measures may precede notice.
You may stop using the service or request account closure. Identity verification, organization data, remaining subscriptions, and required records follow the Privacy Policy and Section 7. A legitimate refund, privacy request, or lawful payment dispute is not itself grounds for punishment.
Responsibility and disputes
We perform the product obligations expressly stated here and take reasonable data-protection measures. Responsibility for upstream limitations, availability issues outside our control, and user configuration is determined by the facts and applicable law.
These terms do not exclude non-excludable consumer rights or liability. Applicable law and jurisdiction rules govern interpretation and disputes. Mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live are not removed by these terms.
You may contact the operator to resolve problems. This does not restrict remedies through courts with jurisdiction, competent authorities, or other authorized channels.
Updates and contact
This page displays the terms version and effective date. Material changes are communicated through product notices or available contact channels. Matters requiring renewed authorization are confirmed separately; continued visits alone do not constitute new authorization. Completed orders retain rights under their agreed terms, applicable platform rules, and mandatory law.
Contact the operator about the product, activation, cancellation, refunds, or these terms. Payment and receipt inquiries can also use the corresponding Waffo order entry.
