How it works
Start monitoring in three steps
Connect once and balances refresh on schedule. Accounts that need your attention move to the top.
01
Create a project
Create a project for each product or business whose costs you want to track, such as customer support.
02
Connect a provider account
Follow the setup guide to create a dedicated key. Reuse the same connection across projects without adding it again.
03
Automatic sync, clear alerts
Balances refresh every 10 minutes by default. Low balances, invalid keys, and sync failures appear at the top of your overview.
Spot problems before service stops
Set warning and critical thresholds. See exactly which account needs attention and which projects it affects.
See your accounts by project
One product may use several model providers. Group accounts by project to see how each one is doing.
Know what every amount means
Cloud account funds, credits, and OpenAI costs are labeled separately. Amounts with different scopes are never added together.
Your keys, used only for monitoring
Some provider keys can also make billable model calls. We use them only on the server to query account information and minimize their exposure.
Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and bound to their workspace and connection. API and MCP access follow the same authorization rules.
Encrypted key storage
API keys are encrypted on the server and decrypted only when needed to query the provider.
Hidden after saving
Only the last four characters are displayed. Full keys cannot be retrieved from Quota Monitor after saving.
Account data isolation
Access controls protect your projects, connections, and balance records from public access by other accounts.
Delete at any time
Deleting a connection removes its stored key. Revoke the key separately on the provider's platform.
For developers
Connect your tools and AI assistants
Use an API token with the public API, or connect remote MCP to AI assistants such as Claude through OAuth and ask about your balances.

Two accounts need attention:
- OpenRouter$12.08, critically low
- DeepSeekCNY 86.42, warning threshold reached
Both affect Customer support. Consider topping up OpenRouter first.
Frequently asked questions
Need help? Email support@quotamonitor.com and we will get back to you.
Will Quota Monitor spend my provider balance?
No. We use your key only to query account information, without model calls, top-ups, or spending. Quota Monitor fees are billed separately and never deducted from your provider balance.
Why does OpenAI show costs instead of a balance?
This integration does not retrieve OpenAI prepaid balances. It shows costs incurred this month or the remaining internal budget you set in Quota Monitor, explicitly labeled as not an account balance.
Can China and global sites share an account?
No. For example, Kimi and GLM have separate accounts, API keys, balances, and currencies for their China and global sites. Connect them separately using the corresponding guides.
Is an account's balance counted twice when projects share it?
No. Balances belong to provider accounts, not individual projects. The overview shows each connection once and lists all affected projects.
How often do balances refresh?
Every 10 minutes by default. You can also refresh a card manually. Each balance shows the time of the most recent successful query.
What permissions does my key need?
Requirements vary by provider. Each guide explains the permissions and setup steps. Use a dedicated key, restrict it to billing or balance access where supported, and set an expiry date.
Catch low balances before they interrupt your work
Create a project, connect your first provider account, and see your balance within minutes.
